• We do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed.
• Products purchased are non-refundable.

Product Exchanges

Product exchanges may be considered only in the event of an allergic reaction.

Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for the same product.

Late Arrival

To respect the schedules of all guests, clients who arrive late may receive a shortened treatment.

Your service will still conclude at the originally scheduled appointment time to avoid delays for other appointments.

Support Animals

Clients who require a certified support animal are welcome to bring them into the spa. A valid certification must be presented upon arrival.

Children

Our spa environment is designed to offer a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests.

While we recommend attending your appointment alone when possible, we understand that childcare is not always available. Children are welcome; however, we kindly ask that parents ensure the spa environment remains calm and comfortable for all clients.
